After further attempts on the phone I was finally able to get a hold of a regional manager. She was very polite and very helpful and found that my rewards were being put in an account under my husband's name.

The account they had under my name was over 10 years old and inactive.

Not sure how that happened... In any case, they corrected the points and gave me full credit for all purchases going back 6 months, when this all appears to have started to happen.

I have been a faithful customer with Toys R Us for the past eight years. I have not been receiving my award points since October.

I have tried several times to contact them to correct this situation via phone and E-mail. I have been cut off 5 times after holding over 15 minutes and no one has contacted me via E-mail either. I have tried to correct this matter online as well with no success. I don't understand - I used my membership card on every order.

I have no choice but to return all the toys (over $400) and buy them some place else.

Their customer service is awful! They have lost me forever!!!!

Monetary Loss: $400.
