Toys R Us - Charged fee because did not received mail in to correct adress
I did not received my mail due to mistake in the address multiple time and was charge fee , when i asked to correct my address customer service told me that computer is not allowed to do so and i have to pay fee.it is not the first time, that issue repeat several times, looks like a pattern , so i was suggested to make complain. it is an extursion money from the customer , is very unacceptible, not even trying to help, instead reffer to complain, i guess nobody is responsible for this action, meanwhile it is ruine people credits inless you pay fee and close card Copy of this complian will be sending to several places including public relation
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $25.
